Reiki (pronounced “ray-kee”) is a safe gentle, non-invasive Japanese therapy that incorporates a series of hand positions either directly on or just above the body to aid in releasing stress and tension. By creating deep relaxation in the body, Reiki promotes healing at the mental, emotional and spiritual, and possibly the physical, levels of the body.
Reiki clients have reported feeling:

  • Increased ability to fall asleep quickly

Reiki was developed by the Japanese Buddhist monk, Mikao Usui, in 1922.
